today went well i guess. i had to break my liquid fast and eat some food, but that’s okay. i had some turkey slices with cut up apple. after i ate i went out for a walk which was much needed :)

10 reasons as to why i want to lose weight

im making this as a reminder to myself whenever i want to binge/give up 🧘🏻‍♀️⛸🏹

1. dancing would be much easier!! no more flab jumping all over the place.

2. no more comments from family/friends about me being too fat.

3. sharing clothes with my best friend! i always give her my clothes because they look baggy and cute on her, but when i wear them i look so gross. i never was able to fit into her clothes.

4. no more chubby cheeks for people to tease you about!

5. control.

6. i’d finally be confident enough to wear jeans.

7. to finally be able to wear a swim suit and actually look good in it for once.

8. thigh high socks/boots won’t look disgusting on me.

9. no more chubby hands! they literally look like sausages :(

10. for my mom to finally stop the comments about my weight.

🐳 these are just some of the many reasons why i want to lose all of this weight. i want to finally be able to feel at least a bit more confident with myself, other than feeling like an obese depressed whale 🐳
